Cancellation policy

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Where RB Culture offers a customer the option to purchase or secure a product before it is available for immediate supply, the following cancellation conditions apply.

1. Customer Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been submitted to the manufacturer or supplier.

Where RB Culture has already committed funds, placed the order, commenced production or incurred non-refundable costs specifically for the customer's order, cancellation may not be available.

Where cancellation is approved, RB Culture may deduct any reasonable, non-refundable costs already incurred in connection with the order.

2. Special-Order, Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Products

Once a special-order, pre-order or made-to-order product has been submitted to the manufacturer or supplier, the order generally cannot be cancelled due to change of mind or change of circumstances.

This does not affect any rights or remedies available to the customer under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Supplier Delays

Estimated production and delivery timeframes are provided in good faith and may vary due to manufacturer production schedules, freight delays, customs clearance or other circumstances outside RB Culture's reasonable control.

A delay does not automatically entitle a customer to cancel an order where the delay remains within a reasonable timeframe.

Where a delay becomes unreasonable, RB Culture will work with the customer to determine an appropriate outcome, taking into account the circumstances and any applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Cancellation by RB Culture

RB Culture may cancel an order where a product becomes unavailable, cannot reasonably be sourced, or the supplier is unable to fulfil the order.

Where RB Culture cancels an order and the customer is entitled to a refund, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method where reasonably practicable.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a customer has a legal right to cancel an order or obtain a refund, those rights will continue to apply regardless of this policy.
